New MSN Hotmail account verification phishing scam

I've received this e-mail a few moments ago.
From: xxxxxxx
Subject: Account Renewal
This is a caution for everyone who are not savvy with phishing techniques. Whatever you do, DO NOT reply to this email, however genuine it might appear. Remember, the true msn authorities will NEVER ask for your password. If they want to upgrade something, they'll do it on their own.
